Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including adjustments
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
- coach and prepare food and beverages to meet Starbucks' quality standards
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
- ensure compliance with store policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- manage shift operations and resolve issues promptly
