Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-6 months of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence
- must be 18 or older
- food handler permit
- demonstrate competency in operating dish machines and chemicals
- requires some exercise of judgement within policy guidelines without supervisory approval
- requires problem solving and initiation of activities within job description
- strong understanding of other Snowbird operations

Job Duties
- Graciously greet and seat guests
- adjust flow of guests with a waiting list
- call out name and party number when table becomes available
- once guests are seated, gently pass out menus and state the name of their server
- review each table for proper presentation before guests are seated
- talk with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their dining experience
- respond to complaints and help resolve issues with appropriate team members
- assist bussers and/or servers when appropriate
- communicate with servers and managers
- thank guests as they exit the restaurant
