As a Dining Server at Sunrise Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.63, reflecting the importance of the role within the community. The Dining Server is responsible for providing timely and professional meal service, assisting residents in selecting menu items, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to create a hospitable atmosphere by building positive connections with residents and their families.

In this role, you will take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, assist residents with menu choices by providing general descriptions, and perform essential side work such as bussing and resetting tables according to community standards. You'll be part of a team that attends pre-meal meetings to ensure proper knowledge of menu offerings and day-to-day operations. Maintaining compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards is a key aspect of your responsibilities to ensure the health and safety of all residents.
