Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
- Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries
- Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests
- Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal
