We are looking for energetic and charismatic Servers to join our team. As a Server at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, you will be the face of the restaurant, bringing charisma, personality, and a charming smile to every guest interaction. Your role will go beyond just bringing fajitas and margaritas; you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere, ensuring guests have a memorable experience each time they visit. Servers are expected to learn the menu in detail to confidently explain dishes and beverages to guests, work collaboratively with fellow servers to meet guests’ needs, and perform essential opening and closing duties to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Providing responsible service, including the safe handling of alcoholic beverages, is a key component of this role.
