Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team effectively, commitment to maintaining high culinary standards and achieving operational goals, knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
