Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from accredited university or 4-year bachelor’s degree
- 5 years experience in sales and marketing for 2-year degree holders
- 3 years experience in sales and marketing for 4-year degree holders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work full time onsite
- Proactive sales approach
- Ability to manage complex client relationships
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Commitment to uphold brand standards and customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management or related field with 5 years sales and marketing experience
- Or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management or related field with 3 years sales and marketing experience
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing complex business opportunities
- Proficiency in using sales and intranet tools
Job Duties
- Target accounts, markets, or segments with proactive solicitation and account saturation
- Partner with counterparts to manage business opportunities
- Respond to and manage larger and more complex incoming opportunities
