Job Requirements
- Degree in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum five years of culinary management experience
- Ability to multitask and innovate
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of HACCP controls
- Experience with purchasing, food storage, and sanitation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs
- Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principles
- Commitment to personal integrity and ethical behavior
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus

- Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principles
- Adherence to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Participate in employee meetings and training programs
