Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
  • 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Submit to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Submit to drug screening as permitted by law
  • Meet licensing requirements as applicable by state and/or local laws
  • Hold a valid driver's license for driving positions only

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies
  • Experience in a security or customer service role preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and front desk responsibilities at a residential location
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet incoming individuals, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property staff and/or emergency responders when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, package records, and other required reports, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site procedures
  • Support daily front desk operations by answering questions, providing directions, and helping residents and authorized guests with professional, courteous service
