Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent culinary experience
- 1-2 years of experience in kitchen operations
- Valid Food Manager Certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with participants
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Degree in culinary arts preferred or extensive culinary experience
- 1-2 years of experience in kitchen operations
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for engaging customers in culinary experiences
Job Duties
- Create memorable and educational culinary experiences while embodying brand values
- Provide exceptional in-store pastry and baking classes ensuring consistency and quality
- Drive sales by encouraging class sign-ups and promoting retail baking items
- Achieve class revenue goals through high enrollment and positive customer feedback
- Assist with class preparation and breakdown including ingredient organization and kitchen cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and local health regulations
- Manage effective inventory to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
