Job Qualifications
- Several years of retail or hospitality experience, preferably in an elevated service environment

- Ability to work mornings, weekends, evenings, and special events during the seasonal period (June - September)
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized and stocked environment that adheres to company, health and safety standards
- Inform Assistant Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Manager of supply needs for all branded retail product, food, coffee, dry goods, supplies, and other product and materials as needed
- Assist in the distribution of product shipments as needed
- Support any inventory management as directed
- Accurately manage inventory to ensure necessary stock levels
- Support Assistant Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Manager in effective and positive communication amongst all team members
- Promote and practice safe work habits, report potential safety hazards and operational inconsistencies
- Provide outstanding service and maintain a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty
- Solve customer problems proactively and satisfy customers in all situations
- Demonstrate customer service and hospitality standards by greeting and responding to all customers with fast, efficient, friendly, personalized and professional service
- Develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items
- Follow all Company drink recipes and procedures, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards
- Ensure the team is educated on products and services, including coffee and tea varieties, blends, and roasting profiles
- Taste products regularly to ensure the highest quality
- Lead and communicate the Ralph’s Coffee and Ralph Lauren values
- Support the Assistant Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Manager with technical training and standards
- Ensure all team members effectively deliver on brand expectations
