Job Qualifications

Several years of retail or hospitality experience, preferably in an elevated service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work mornings, weekends, evenings, and special events during the seasonal period (June - September)

Job Duties

Maintain a clean, organized and stocked environment that adheres to company, health and safety standards
Inform Assistant Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Manager of supply needs for all branded retail product, food, coffee, dry goods, supplies, and other product and materials as needed
Assist in the distribution of product shipments as needed
Support any inventory management as directed
Accurately manage inventory to ensure necessary stock levels
Support Assistant Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Manager in effective and positive communication amongst all team members
Promote and practice safe work habits, report potential safety hazards and operational inconsistencies
Provide outstanding service and maintain a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty
Solve customer problems proactively and satisfy customers in all situations
Demonstrate customer service and hospitality standards by greeting and responding to all customers with fast, efficient, friendly, personalized and professional service
Develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items
Follow all Company drink recipes and procedures, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards
Ensure the team is educated on products and services, including coffee and tea varieties, blends, and roasting profiles
Taste products regularly to ensure the highest quality
Lead and communicate the Ralph’s Coffee and Ralph Lauren values
Support the Assistant Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Manager with technical training and standards
Ensure all team members effectively deliver on brand expectations
