Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is a renowned hospitality group based in New Orleans, Louisiana, that specializes in celebrating the rich culinary traditions and vibrant culture of this historic city. With a diverse portfolio of restaurant concepts located throughout the French Quarter and surrounding areas, the company offers guests authentic Creole and Cajun dining experiences that blend traditional flavors with contemporary twists. Rooted deeply in community engagement and cultural preservation, Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for locals and visitors alike. The company prides itself on maintaining a collaborative, growth-focused work environment that values diversity, creativity, and excellence in hospitality. As part of the dynamic New Orleans food scene, Creole Cuisine plays a significant role in showcasing the city’s renowned culinary heritage to an international audience, providing an immersive and unforgettable dining experience.

The role of Sales & Event Planner at Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is a pivotal position designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, event management, and sales. This full-time role requires a proactive relationship-builder with strong communication and organizational abilities to manage private dining experiences, group events, and catering services from initial inquiry through to flawless execution. The Sales & Event Planner is responsible for driving sales by coordinating and managing a diverse range of events within Creole Cuisine’s multiple restaurant venues. This involves working closely with clients to understand their visions and tailor event proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) that meet both client expectations and company revenue goals. The planner will be hands-on, conducting site tours, tastings, and planning meetings, as well as collaborating with restaurant managers, chefs, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth execution of every event.

This vibrant role demands someone comfortable managing multiple events at various stages simultaneously, with a strong professional presence and attention to detail. Experience with platforms like Tripleseat or similar CRM software is preferred to help maintain an organized sales pipeline and client follow-ups. Beyond coordinating logistics and supporting high-profile events, this position also involves contributing to marketing initiatives that generate new inquiries and encourage repeat business, fostering long-term client relationships. The Sales & Event Planner will work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as needed, offering day-of support to guarantee exceptional service during events. This opportunity is ideal for motivated hospitality professionals who seek to grow their careers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment centered on collaboration, culture, and excellence in the renowned New Orleans hospitality industry.
