Job Description

Our company is a well-established restaurant group dedicated to fostering talent and encouraging career growth within the food service industry. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and dynamic work environment where motivated individuals can thrive, develop leadership skills, and advance their careers. With multiple restaurant locations across various cities including Austell, Canton, Carrollton, Cartersville, Dallas, Douglasville, Hiram, Kennesaw, Mableton, Marietta, Morrow, Norcross, Powder Springs, Rockmart, and Villa Rica, we offer unbeatable opportunities for growth and leadership in the restaurant business.

We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our Salaried Manager Training Program, a comprehensive and structured program designed to prepare future leaders for successful restaurant management roles. This salaried position starts with an approximately 5-week paid training program that combines hands-on experience with leadership development and operational training. During this time, participants will learn every facet of running a restaurant, from hiring and training staff to managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Upon successful completion of the training program, individuals will be assigned to a restaurant location where they will take on the responsibility of managing daily operations and finalizing their approval for the full Salaried Manager role. This program is ideal for dependable and coachable candidates ready to develop into strong restaurant leaders even without prior restaurant or management experience. As part of this role, managers will operate during restaurant hours Monday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This opportunity is not just a job; it is a career-building platform that offers continuous growth, learning, and a chance to become a pivotal part of our leadership team. We encourage candidates who demonstrate strong leadership qualities, the ability to organize workloads effectively, and those committed to upholding the highest standards in restaurant operations. Our salaried managers are entrusted with important responsibilities including staff management, cash control, food production, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and customer-friendly restaurant environment.

If you are passionate about leadership, eager to learn, and ready to embark on a rewarding career in restaurant management, the Salaried Manager Training Program is the ideal opportunity for you. Join us today, interview, and build your career tomorrow!
