In addition, they ensure the cleanliness of both the bar area and service spaces through routine maintenance and nightly cleaning duties. The position further involves supporting cocktail servers by helping with food service tasks such as setting silverware, serving dishes, and clearing tables. In the dynamic environment of RMOTC, the Barback also manages bussing tables, changing tablecloths and candles during service, and consistently upholding the company’s rigorous standards.

Candidates for this position should expect to attend all scheduled meetings and engage fully with the team to stay aligned with operational expectations and enhancements.
