Benefits for eligible employees include medical, dental, vision coverage, and work/life resources. Additional benefits may also incorporate retirement savings options such as a 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and paid time off, varying by location and employee eligibility. Working for a company committed to fairness and respect, candidates with arrest or conviction records may also be considered in compliance with legal obligations like the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and other related laws.
