The current opening is for a Housekeeper role within one of Pacific Hospitality Group's prestigious properties, such as Hyatt Place. This position plays a critical role in maintaining guest satisfaction by ensuring clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room environments. The Housekeeper will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, cleaning assigned guest rooms thoroughly, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed. They will also be responsible for stocking and transporting housekeeping supplies daily, disposing of trash and recyclables, and responding promptly to special guest requests.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate teamwork, great organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail while adhering to Hyatt Place standards and safety practices. This role requires availability on weekends and holidays due to the continuous nature of hospitality services. Physical endurance is essential as the job requires regular walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, and the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally. Candidates who have the ability to interact well with guests and other associates and have prior experience in a housekeeping or similar role will find themselves well-suited for success.

Job Duties
- anticipate guest expectations
- clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed or as assigned
- stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to do any task consistent with Hyatt Place standards
- follow all safety practices within the role
