Job Requirements
- frequently lift and or carry up to 50 lbs at floor knee waist and or chest levels and over head
- occasionally bend reach climb squat kneel communicate via radio and distinguish between shades of color
- constantly walk stand and use of hearing and vision
- work indoors and outdoors
- tolerate hot and or cold environments
- adapt to noisy and smoky conditions
Job Qualifications
- six months of related experience and or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal
- obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- verify right to work in the United States
Job Duties
- takes accurate food and beverage orders
- retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications
- engage with guests in a professional courteous and efficient manner
- complete side work
- maintain knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answer guests' questions about the menu
- deliver food to guests ensuring proper order and beverage refills
- communicate regularly with on-coming shift staff and chef on duty
- ensure all food is served within health safety and sanitation guidelines
- attend training classes required by management
- ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies
- provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner
- perform other duties as assigned
