Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Six to twelve months of restaurant or food and beverage experience
- Working knowledge of restaurant services, policies, and operations at Four Seasons
- Ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems
- Proficient reading, writing, and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly at tables pre-set for the party size and guest preference
- Set up host stand and review guest reservation book
- Make recommendations for room set-up and maintain a station chart and cover count
- Answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards and take guest reservations or provide information
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries or problems, and recognize regular guests by name
- Inspect and maintain daily menus ensuring quality, condition, and appearance
- Comply with Four Seasons work rules and maintain professional and harmonious relationships with co-workers and supervisors
