Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3 to 6 years store management experience
  • bachelor of arts in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • experience in developing staff through coaching and counseling
  • knowledge of retail operations such as sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, budgeting, and loss prevention
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift 4 lbs constantly, 8 lbs occasionally, kneel or squat frequently, move boxes up to 50 lbs with assistance, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders and stairs as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of arts in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 3 to 6 years of store management experience
  • proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • understanding of staff development through coaching and counseling
  • knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budgeting, and loss prevention

Job Duties

  • Create and maintain a total customer satisfaction culture by ensuring your team is fully trained on the NB Guest service model
  • set the store's strategic direction to reach sales and budget goals
  • hire and develop staff by taking ownership of their growth
  • innovate to boost store traffic and meet financial targets
  • execute weekly and monthly business rhythms to ensure smooth store operations
  • uphold visual merchandising standards to keep the store looking fresh
  • coordinate volunteer opportunities to enhance community brand presence
  • analyze market trends with the District Manager to drive sales
  • maintain positive employee relations and communication throughout the store
  • communicate with the District Manager on coaching strategy and conflict resolution
  • conduct regular employee performance reviews
  • promote and enforce safety protocols
