The position offers flexible shift options with a morning shift from 10am to 7pm and a night shift from 6:30pm to 3:30-4:30am. While the ability to work both shifts within the same week is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all restaurant activities from food preparation and service to cleanup and ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation protocols. Additionally, they will manage POS systems to guarantee accurate order processing and cash handling, oversee inventory control to minimize waste, and drive continuous quality improvements.
A key function of this role includes training, developing, and motivating team members in food handling, customer service, shift management, and safety procedures, helping elevate the overall performance of the staff. The Restaurant Manager will also handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests. Job Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food establishments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS system
- Experience with cash handling
