Job Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including peak business times

Job Duties
- Help maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
- Supervise restaurant operations hands-on, including occasional assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
- Host promotions and Alley Rallies
- Ensure staff follow established recipes and procedures
- Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Control guest flow and monitor ticket times
- Enforce compliance with employment policies
- Coach employees to maintain food and service consistency
- Conduct 100% table visits if applicable
- Manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Maintain culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
- Work during peak business hours to set pace in front or back of house
- Create a fun, safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
