Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
  • Hands on supervision of the restaurant, including occasional assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
  • Hosting promotions and Alley Rallies to engage staff
  • Ensuring staff follows established recipes and procedures
  • Enforcing applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Controlling guest flow and monitoring ticket times
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies in conjunction with management
  • Coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
  • Conducting 100% table visits if applicable
  • Managing and practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Maintaining culture and core values such as passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
  • Working during peak hours to set the pace in front or back of house
  • Creating a fun and safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives for staff
