The role we are currently offering focuses on coordinating and managing trade show activities, restaurant outreach, partnerships, and scheduling for the Chomp Show and Restaurant Association initiatives. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurants, agencies, vendors, and industry professionals to create new business and media opportunities that enhance the visibility and success of our Chomp Show brand.
Additionally, the role supports executive leadership by providing essential scheduling, communications, research, and administrative coordination. The successful candidate will proactively identify collaboration opportunities to grow the show’s reach and influence, helping to organize outreach campaigns and assist with the logistics of event production. This dynamic position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with diverse stakeholders, and is passionate about hospitality and marketing coordination.
Candidates with experience in marketing coordination, event management, hospitality, media, executive support, or business development will find this role a strategic fit. Experience managing complex schedules including calendars, travel plans, and follow-ups is required. While prior exposure to social media, podcasts, webinars, or video coordination is a plus, it is not mandatory. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, event coordination, hospitality, media, or executive support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Capability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to travel as required
- Proficiency with scheduling and communication tools
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, hospitality, media, executive support, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with restaurant owners, agencies, and business executives
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing schedules, calendars, travel, and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Social media, podcast, webinar, or video coordination experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, restaurant visits, and events
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required
