Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, event coordination, hospitality, media, or executive support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Proficiency with scheduling and communication tools

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, hospitality, media, executive support, or business development preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with restaurant owners, agencies, and business executives
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing schedules, calendars, travel, and follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Social media, podcast, webinar, or video coordination experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, restaurant visits, and events
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage trade show activities
  • Coordinate restaurant outreach and partnerships
  • Manage scheduling for Chomp Show and Restaurant Association initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, agencies, vendors, and industry professionals
  • Support executive leadership with scheduling, communications, research, administrative coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Identify and organize collaboration opportunities and outreach campaigns
  • Assist with production logistics for events
