  • minimum of 3 years experience managing a service-oriented concept with full p&l responsibility
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of the shift
  • must be servsafe certified
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
  • knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for management candidates
  • proficient in financial management with a proven track record of financial success
  • strong organizational and planning skills

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • make key management decisions
  • ensure effective execution of the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
  • develop team to deliver outstanding internal and external service
  • drive restaurant sales and profits
  • maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • foster a positive workplace culture
  • provide training, coaching, and development to staff
  • ensure food quality and safety
  • handle business management tasks such as staffing, scheduling, and financial monitoring
