- minimum of 3 years experience managing a service-oriented concept with full p&l responsibility
- ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of the shift
- must be servsafe certified
- excellent interpersonal skills
- self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
- knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for management candidates
- proficient in financial management with a proven track record of financial success
- strong organizational and planning skills
