- minimum of 3 years experience managing a service-oriented concept with full p&l responsibility
- ability to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of the shift
- must be servsafe certified
- excellent interpersonal skills
- self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
- knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes for management candidates
- proficient in financial management with a proven track record of financial success
- strong organizational and planning skills

- oversee daily restaurant operations
- make key management decisions
- ensure effective execution of the Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- develop team to deliver outstanding internal and external service
- drive restaurant sales and profits
- maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- foster a positive workplace culture
- provide training, coaching, and development to staff
- ensure food quality and safety
- handle business management tasks such as staffing, scheduling, and financial monitoring
