Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant during shifts

- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a related hospitality management role

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and recommend hiring of hourly employees
- Direct work including setting hours scheduling and task assignments before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce security measures to maintain the safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and goals
