Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant during shifts

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a related hospitality management role

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and recommend hiring of hourly employees
  • Direct work including setting hours scheduling and task assignments before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce security measures to maintain the safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and goals
