Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a similar upscale dining environment
  • Previous experience with new restaurant operations including training motivating and implementing systems policies and procedures
  • ServSafe Food Safety Handler and ServSafe Alcohol certifications required
  • Strong financial acumen including experience with P&Ls budgeting and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to coordinate all restaurant operations ensuring top-tier service and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timing presentation and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and support team training coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensure policies and procedures are upheld providing leadership that inspires exemplary guest service
  • Foster a culture of positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and professionally
  • Assist with administrative duties including ordering supplies inventory management and financial oversight
