Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in fast food or quick service restaurant management
- Ability to work an 8 hour morning shift
- Must be able to relocate to Los Angeles CA 90045 before starting work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for managing online ordering platforms and social media
- Ability to manage cash handling and banking processes
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to restaurant operations
Job Qualifications
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in quick service fast food restaurant environments
- Proficient in kitchen management practices ensuring efficient kitchen operations
- Ability to develop effective training development programs for staff at all levels
- Skilled in interviewing techniques to select the best candidates for various positions within the restaurant
- A solid understanding of culinary principles to collaborate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team towards common goals
- Experience as an assistant manager is a plus demonstrating readiness for increased responsibilities
