Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current ServSafe Food Handler Certificate required
  • 3-5 years senior management experience in food and beverage operation including banquets
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Fluent in English preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google Apps
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and speed
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to prioritize and follow directions thoroughly

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years senior management experience in food and beverage operations
  • Current ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Apps, and other organizational tools
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Experience with banquet and event management
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Run daily restaurant operations efficiently
  • Train, manage, counsel, and schedule front and back of house staff
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • Ensure high standards of food, beverage, service, and cleanliness
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Corporate F&B team to implement strategies and promotions
  • Manage event execution and special programming
  • Maintain service standards and motivate team
  • Prepare weekly reports and conduct staff meetings
  • Manage reservations and communication
  • Control departmental budget and implement cost-saving measures
  • Assist with menu changes and guest feedback
  • Oversee tip logs, time clock, and POS systems
  • Represent the restaurant in social media content creation
