Job Duties
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant and bar
- Take ownership of service standards, guest satisfaction, and hospitality
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure consistent communication across the team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, floor plans, and daily deployment
- Maintain strong knowledge and execution of restaurant policies and SOPs
- Monitor labor, sales, guest feedback, and operational performance
- Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and cost controls
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and effectively
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and compliance standards
- Support private events, corporate functions, and high-volume service periods
- Help drive sales, repeat business, and overall restaurant profitability
- Lead by example and foster a positive, professional, accountable team culture
