Job Description
The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising and directing the activities of the staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience through prompt and polite service. Responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, recruiting and managing staff, implementing company policies, monitoring performance, scheduling shifts, managing budgets, handling guest inquiries, and generating reports. Must have 2+ years of managerial experience in a restaurant setting, knowledge of POS, timekeeping, knowledge of food safety regulations, customer-centric mindset, ability to handle employee relations, business and financial acumen, regulatory compliance knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
