Restaurant Manager

Brewing Brand is one of the largest franchisee owners in Florida, operating 100 Dunkin' locations across Central Florida and continuing to expand. We are currently seeking a General Manager to oversee and lead one of our Dunkin' stores. This is not the typical restaurant grind; our General Managers enjoy early mornings with consistent schedules, offering a real work-life balance combined with the stability and growth opportunities provided by a strong Dunkin' franchise. The role is designed for a hands-on leader who understands the dynamics of quick-service restaurant operations, motivates teams effectively, and drives superior guest experiences without the burnout commonly associated with the industry.

As a General Manager at Brewing Brand, you will manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with Dunkin' standards, franchise policies, and all relevant laws. Leadership will be a key aspect of your role as you set the tone for your team, promote a guest-focused culture, and work towards achieving operational goals in a fast-paced environment. Predictable, early shifts and consistent work hours define the position, eliminating late nights and fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Your responsibilities will include leading team meetings, training team members, and ensuring the execution of brand standards, recipes, and systems. You'll be expected to review guest feedback regularly and implement action plans to enhance customer satisfaction. Managing costs, budgets, inventory, and labor schedules efficiently while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment are essential aspects of the role. You will also engage with the Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team and handle cash management policies diligently.

In addition to operational duties, management responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing restaurant team members. You will plan, monitor, and review employee performance, coaching your team to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance guest experiences. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment are critical to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess previous managerial experience in a restaurant, QSR, or convenience store setting, with familiarity in POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools. Basic computer skills, proficiency in English, basic math, financial management skills, and preferably a college degree are also expected. This role requires a proactive leader with a positive attitude, excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for motivating others. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, repetitive motions such as bending and reaching, lifting packages where applicable, and working in small spaces.
