The company is currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Sotto. This position involves managing a high-volume, upscale restaurant where maintaining an exceptional guest experience is paramount. The manager will be directly involved with managing the front-of-house team through the full employee lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and providing ongoing feedback. This role requires hands-on coaching to ensure team members are knowledgeable about the menu and are delivering superior service steps. The manager will also conduct inspirational pre-service meetings that motivate and educate the staff.
A key aspect of the job is creating BPA (Blowing People Away) experiences, which is central to Boca Restaurant Group’s mission. The Restaurant Manager will actively engage with guests at their tables, gather feedback, and promptly address any concerns to guarantee a flawless dining experience. Financial responsibilities are also part of this role, including inventory control, ordering supplies, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, and reconciling cash and credit transactions to ensure smooth operation. This leadership position requires a balance of operational acumen, people management skills, and a strong commitment to hospitality excellence.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to a spirit of hospitality and high service standards
- Ability to coach and develop team members effectively

- 2+ years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants
- ServSafe certification or equivalent

Job Duties
- Operate a high-volume restaurant with constant evaluation of guest experience including atmosphere, food, drinks, and service
- Assist with the full lifecycle of hourly team members including interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide critical feedback
- Provide hands-on coaching and development of front-of-house team members to enhance menu knowledge and steps of service
- Lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings
- Create Blowing People Away (BPA) experiences for guests and team members
- Maintain tableside presence to receive guest feedback and address concerns promptly
- Manage financial responsibilities such as inventory, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, and reconcile cash and credit card transactions
