The available role focuses on Restaurant Management within Shake Shack’s dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position entails managing daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for training and motivating team members to deliver the highest level of hospitality while maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Emphasis is placed on leadership through coaching and fostering excellence at every level of the team. The role also involves developing and implementing promotional strategies at the local community level, enhancing brand visibility through word-of-mouth and restaurant events. Compensation for this role ranges from $48,401.60 to $59,633.60 annually, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding excellence. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume fast-paced setting
  • knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management food planning and preparation purchasing sanitation and health codes security
  • aptitude for leading coaching and driving excellence at every level
  • understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • food handler certification preferred
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Food handler certification, preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
  • Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
  • Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
  • Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
  • Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
