Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week with weekend availability
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service

  • Enforce safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Develop and train team members to enhance skills and promote career growth
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain strong communication with General Manager and other departments
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
