Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required
- Ability to maintain California Food Handlers and ABC certification
- Understanding of technology and care about accuracy
- Strong knowledge of front of house operations
- Ability to lead, train, and inspire
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure

- Proficiency in technology such as Aloha, Paylocity, CTUIT, Excel, and Word
Job Duties
- Anticipate the needs of the restaurant and act upon them while creating a positive and fun working environment
- Maintain quality and consistency of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Continually strive to educate and develop staff as it relates to food, beverage, and service
- Manage all front of house staff and guests with a focus on logistics and productivity
- Count and reconcile daily cash receipts, balance the safe, and prepare deposits
- Reconcile 3rd party food delivery platforms
- Assist in the creation, development, and execution of sales opportunities, staff incentives, and engaging experiences for guests
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed and the restaurant is left in a ready-to-open condition
- Interview and recruit new employees
- Assist with orientations and adhere to company training procedures
- Fully understand and comply with all health, safety and labor regulations
- Perform other delegated projects and tasks as needed
