Job Requirements
- Several years’ experience as a restaurant manager or similar position
- Strong business math skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications including internet, email, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior bar management experience is preferred
Job Qualifications
- Several years’ experience as a restaurant manager or similar position
- Good business math skills with the ability to analyze cost reports effectively to drive greater profitability
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation
- Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in the use of internet and ability to utilize computerized business tools such as email, learning management systems, and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other appropriate software
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience managing large staff to excellence a in fast paced environment
Job Duties
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
- Responsible for hiring great team members, weekly schedules, training and development and overall performance for Fixins Service staff
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs
