Job Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English
  • Math and writing skills required
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
  • Guest focus with ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs
  • Passion for results with ability to set and achieve goals
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to build effective teams
  • Physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
  • Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and use pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Food Safety and Serve Safe Certification
  • Ability to speak and read English fluently
  • Strong math and writing skills
  • Prior restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Proven guest focus with ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs

  • Effective team building abilities
  • Physical capability to operate standard restaurant equipment

Job Duties

  • Administer and oversee effective recruitment and development of team members for the store
  • Ensure proper implementation and application of all operational standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • Manage store operations to meet financial goals such as sales projections and expense control
  • Operate with full accountability for the store's profit and loss
  • Engage with customers and employees to drive continuous improvement of store operations
  • Manage preparation of products according to quality standards and oversee service delivery by the team
  • Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the store team through direct management or via shift leaders and assistant managers
  • Handle employee counseling, discipline, promotion, and termination processes
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives
  • Maintain a keen focus on guest satisfaction
  • Utilize effective communication and coaching skills
  • Manage purchasing, scheduling, sales, training, and facilities maintenance
