Job Description

The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations, modeling and demonstrating leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values. Success is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through established systems, methods, and procedures for all stakeholders, leading to sustained sales and profit growth through personal, people, business, and results leadership.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant
  • strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service
  • proven ability to develop a team
  • knowledge of systems, methods, and processes for great execution
