Job Description

Goode Company Kitchen and Cantina is a restaurant seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead and ensure exceptional service to guests. Our managers take pride in their roles, working closely with GMs to achieve strategic objectives and motivate their teams to excel in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of previous Restaurant Management Experience a must
  • Knowledge of all Kitchen (expo, mesquite, prep, line quality identifiers and standards), and Dining Room systems and operations (To Go, Host, Bar, and service standards)
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience, required
  • Spanish speaking a plus, not required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
