Restaurant Manager

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for the hands-on day-to-day activities of the restaurant. They are also expected to maintain administrative responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, and overall supervision of the restaurant while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. The position requires availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
