Job Requirements
- Must have at least two years management experience
- food and beverage supervisory background required
- ability to work any shift, any day, and long hours
- must communicate effectively in English both verbally and nonverbally
- ability to foster effective teamwork
- capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl frequently
- frequently required to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
- frequent exposure to outside weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Two years of management experience
- ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and nonverbally
- exceptional professional communication skills both oral and written
- food and beverage supervisory experience
- good understanding of how job responsibilities relate to other hotel areas and specific food and beverage operations
- recognized experience in hiring, training, and providing feedback to employees
- capacity to foster teamwork
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
Job Duties
- Manage all hub employees including entertainment staff
- oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel kitchen hub
- hire, train, and empower employees while providing consistent feedback
- foster productive relations with peers to ensure teamwork
- ensure excellent guest service throughout operations
- respond to and handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
- work flexible shifts, including long hours and weekends when necessary
