Job Requirements

Must have at least two years management experience
food and beverage supervisory background required
ability to work any shift, any day, and long hours
must communicate effectively in English both verbally and nonverbally
ability to foster effective teamwork
capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl frequently
frequently required to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
frequent exposure to outside weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Two years of management experience
ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and nonverbally
exceptional professional communication skills both oral and written
food and beverage supervisory experience
good understanding of how job responsibilities relate to other hotel areas and specific food and beverage operations
recognized experience in hiring, training, and providing feedback to employees
capacity to foster teamwork
excellent guest service skills
ability to handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
