Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Ability to assist with P&L management and cash control
- Experience maintaining inventory and managing labor costs
- Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Adherence to corporate policies and food safety standards
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for top team members and shift leads
- Develop comprehensive training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift leaders, and team member trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- Address and resolve conflicts promptly
- Engage personally with customers to resolve issues
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service
- Analyze financial performance and manage budget to maximize profitability
