Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in front-of-house leadership roles within fine dining omakase or chef's counter environments
- Exceptional poise presence and communication skills with an ability to guide teams and connect with guests in a calm gracious manner
- Familiarity with reservation and POS platforms inventory systems and service documentation
- Prior experience in new concept openings is highly desirable

Job Duties
- Lead daily front-of-house operations ensuring every touchpoint reflects standards of elegance and care
- Act as host and service guide welcoming guests narrating pairings managing pacing and orchestrating counter service journey
- Partner with culinary team to align service rhythm communicate guest preferences and anticipate real-time needs
- Review reservations daily oversee dietary and guest notes and manage strategic seating and flow of the evening
- Uphold consistent communication and feedback loops across front and back of house ensuring seamless coordination
- Lead daily pre-service briefings manage nightly service execution and maintain accurate logs for guest feedback cancellations and performance notes
- Assist with beverage menu updates inventory and vendor coordination
- Ensure service standards are met with attention to detail from printed menus to omiyage presentation
