Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and other frequently touched surfaces
- ensure timely and efficient dishwashing to support kitchen and dining operations
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines according to company standards
- assist with stock and organization of cleaning supplies
- collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
- participate in ongoing training and development
