Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in liquor or beverage service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Job Duties
- Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed
- Replenish all liquor, beer and wine in the bar throughout the shift
- Retrieve all needed food items from kitchen and deliver to bar area
- Retrieve all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar area
- Set up bottles on the bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- Ensure beer taps are working properly
- Place appropriate bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked throughout shift
- Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned
- Bus tables in bar area
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas including washing work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment
- Sweep and mop service areas including floor mats
- Remove rubbish from all receptacles
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender
- Perform other duties as assigned
