The company is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist Officer to join its team in Kenosha, WI. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $23.00 and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. The Receptionist Officer serves as a frontline representative of Securitas Security, responsible for ensuring safety and security at client sites while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves a range of responsibilities, including conflict resolution, access control at security entrances and exits, and administrative support tasks such as handling messages, transferring calls, and managing mail and special deliveries. Officers will also conduct regular patrols both inside and outside the client premises, often in varying weather conditions and different terrains, which demands physical stamina and vigilance.

Interpersonal skills are crucial in this position due to frequent interactions with client employees and guests. The officer is expected to identify and report any safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities and maintain detailed written logs and reports. The role requires teamwork and collaboration to meet site and organizational goals effectively.
