Job Requirements
- Availability to work every other Saturday and Sunday, either 8AM-2PM or 2PM-8PM
- Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, families, and visitors
- Capable of managing multiple phone lines and doorbell system
- Skilled in taking accurate and detailed messages
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management preferred
- Must be able to organize and maintain office supplies and perform clerical tasks
- Ability to use work order systems and maintain records

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Compassionate and patient demeanor suited for senior care environment
Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls courteously and professionally
- Answer all incoming door rings and direct visitors
- Check building/front desk voicemail daily and relay messages
- Take appropriate messages from callers/families/residents including date/time, from, to, message, callback number
- Manage common area reservations, calendar, and prep for upcoming events, notifying Director team
- Manage transportation requests and schedule log, including taking requests, filling out slips, adding to calendar, and communication with transportation
- Assist in organization of office area, checking office supplies, ordering printer ink/toner, reporting reorder needs, unpacking and restocking supplies
- Input work orders into work order system
- Manage sign in/out for residents and guests ensuring screening is complete
- Deliver all packages/mail at front desk/vestibule to resident rooms
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, and mailing
