We are currently seeking a Receiving Team Member to join our fast-paced distribution center located on-site. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a bustling warehouse setting and are looking to establish a solid career path with a stable schedule and competitive pay. The position follows a Monday through Friday day shift, starting at 4 a.m. and continuing until the work is complete each day, promoting a consistent work-life balance. Compensation is set at $18 per hour, complemented by performance bonuses that reward dedication and productivity.

As a Receiving Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include processing incoming deliveries by unpacking and sorting pallets, stocking shelves with attention to product rotation, and fulfilling bulk orders. You will also maintain the stocking area by organizing location tags and stickers, operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, and collaborate closely with the warehouse team and supervisors to maximize efficiency. The role demands a focus on safety, accuracy, and timeliness to keep operations running seamlessly.

Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying temperature conditions—from cold freezers to warm semi-trailers—are essential. You should be comfortable lifting moderate to heavy loads regularly and performing a variety of physical tasks, such as stooping, bending, and standing for extended periods. This position also values individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and open to on-the-job training to continually enhance their skills.
