The Project Scheduler role at LiRo-Hill, based in Queens, New York, offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team dedicated to managing complex infrastructure projects. This position focuses on construction scheduling, particularly within large-scale transit and heavy civil infrastructure projects. The Project Scheduler plays a critical role in developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing contractor schedule submissions, and preparing time-impact analyses to support project progress and risk management. The role involves close collaboration with the Program Schedule Manager, Commercial Team, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling data and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $75 to $86, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as visa sponsorship is not available. This role is ideal for professionals with 8-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, expertise in Primavera or similar scheduling software, and a strong analytical skill set. Preferred candidates also bring knowledge of Design-Build contracts and experience working with agencies such as the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
