Candidates for this role must possess a current New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) Site Safety Manager License and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of four years of construction safety experience is required, along with certifications such as Construction Health Safety Technician (CHST) and OSHA 30-hour training.
